I first made my all meat slow cooker chili when I was briefly on keto. While I was on keto, I was constantly looking for new recipes for inspiration. Honestly, I don’t even know why I wanted to have chili in the first place. I’m not that big on chili. I think it was because all the chili I had growing up had beans in them.

Now that I think about it, there was a place in Hawai’i. I can’t think of the name right now, that served chili. I remember my grandma would get it for me and I would eat everything but the beans. Which I guess is why I decided to make an all meat slow cooker chili without any beans. So that they don’t go to waste, you know? :P

So, I eat this slow cooker chili several ways. One of my favorite ways is to layer it in with some shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, onions. Another way is to use those same ingredients and add some Quest Protein chips. If I’m feeling simple, I’ll just have a bowl and add some sour cream, chopped onions, and some cheese. Other days, I’ll even make a hotdog and turn that into a chili cheese dog.

There’s so many things you can do with this slow cooker chili. I’ll probably end up showing the different ways I enjoy it. :)

If you decide to try the slow cooker chili recipe, let me know what you think! If you come up with a creative way on eating this chili, please share with me down in the comments below! I would love to know what yummy creations you guys come up with!

Ciao for now!

Tips On Cooking All Meat Slow Cooker Chili

I like my chili pretty spicy, but this recipe is pretty mild. I don’t think it’s too spicy. When you’re mixing everything together and the spice isn’t up to your level, feel free to adjust until you find something you like.

If you’re in a rush, cook on high for 5 hours. I do recommend cooking on low for 8 hours if you can.
