Absolutely Delicious Spicy Beef Stir Fry

Need a great spicy beef stir fry recipe? I gotchu. This stir fry is so good. Spicy, sweet, and you’ll be wanting more and more.

I came up with this recipe one day when I was trying to figure out what to eat. I was already making noodles but I wanted to add some meat to them. That’s when my spicy beef stir fry was born. I saw that we had some thinly sliced beef in the freezer and I thought, why not make something quick to have with the noodles?

This spicy beef is good with noodles but if you don’t have any or don’t want to cook any, it’s just as good with rice. You will need a mountain of rice, sprinkled with furikake. Whether you eat it with noodles or rice, it’s so so good.

I absolutely love how that first bite is spicy but sweet. If you sprinkle furikake on your rice, it adds that extra crunch. Yuuummmmyyyy. It also takes minutes to prep and to cook, which is another great reason why I love this dish. When I’m in a pinch and need something quick to cook, I turn to this spicy beef stir fry.

If you decide to make this spicy beef stir fry at home, let me know! I would love to know how it turns out for you! It’s super simple with ingredients that can easily be found in your pantry!

Ciao for now!

Tips On Cooking Spicy Beef Stir Fry

I like to eat spicy. If you don’t like to eat spicy, cut back on the gochujang. It will still taste great. If you cut back on the spice, also cut back on the sweetness. Just so that it still has that great balance and doesn’t end up being sweeter than spicy.

Spicy Korean Wings – This recipe is great if you want more meat and more spice. Plus, wings are always good to eat at any time.

Spicy BBQ Chicken – If you don’t want to try the spicy beef stir fry, I have a great spicy bbq chicken recipe that you can try out instead. It can easily be cooked on the grill or on a skillet.
