Sparkling Rose Cocktail

Welcome to Day 5 of my 4th of July Series!

My series will be coming to a close in a few days, so today I’ll be sharing a sparkling rose cocktail! As part of my series, I not only wanted to share some of my favorites, but I also wanted to share a cocktail! This cocktail may not be for everyone, but I like it a lot! For those that don’t want a drink that is too strong, this may be perfect for you!

I use a sparkling rose, lime sparkling water, and a splash of pineapple orange juice to make my sparkling rose cocktail. I first made it without the pineapple orange juice, but then I felt that it was a little too strong. After adding the pineapple orange juice, I liked it a lot better that way! Plus adding the fruit into the drink is a nice end bonus! You know, since the fruit absorbs the alcohol. Hehe.

If you decide to try this cocktail out, let me know down in the comments below! If you did any changes, I’d love to know what you did and how it tasted!

Ciao for now!

Tips On Making the Sparkling Rose Cocktail

I use 6oz of rose for this drink. Please feel free to adjust based on your tolerance for alcohol.

I add the sparkling lime water for extra bubbles in the sparkling rose cocktail! It also adds a touch more flavor that you may or may not notice as well! If you don’t like sparkling water, you can also leave this out of the mix.

You can use fresh or frozen fruit. If you use frozen fruit, I would suggest not using crushed ice. Only because I feel like the frozen fruit is enough to keep your drink chilled.

If you’re looking for other great recipes that you can add to your spread for a 4th of July Celebration or pair with your sparkling rose cocktail, check out the following recipes!

Mac & Cheese – Add this cheesy mac and cheese to please both non-vegetarians and vegetarians! Or serve whenever you feel like having something nice and cheesy!

Cheeseburger Sliders – Prepare these bad boys on sliders or a full-sized burger! This will definitely be a crowd-pleaser.

Slow Cooked BBQ Brisket – This brisket is slow cooked in a slow cooker for 5 hours and finished off in the oven. It can easily be cooked on a grill outside if you want to. Use the BBQ sauce as a dipping sauce for even more flavor or pile it onto a bun!

Spicy BBQ Chicken – Check out this recipe! Even if you don’t grill it, this is perfect to cook on a skillet or in the oven!

Cost Analysis

Lastly, take a look at this cost analysis. It shows how much it costs to make this sparkling rose cocktail. We don’t realize it, but sometimes it so much cheaper to make things at home versus buying them at the store! Yes, sometimes it takes a while and sometimes it’s more convenient, but how can you deny that price?
