Welcome to Chow with Melody! I am so, so, happy that you have found your way to my website! It took a while, but we are finally here! If I was on top of my game, I would have started this MONTHS ago. But I guess I was too caught up on the smaller details to even think about the first steps on getting this started.

I decided to create this website to share what I love doing: COOKING and FOOD. Now, I did not go to culinary school or work in the restaurant industry, which you’ll clearly see with my knife skills or plating skills or anything really (Haha), but what matters is that I’m sharing with you recipes that I enjoy and hopefully you will enjoy as well!

I’m so new to this that I want you to know:

Video editing is something that I am teaching myself to do and will improve as time goes on.

I will ALWAYS be open to any feedback regarding the website, content, or whatever else is on your mind.

I do not have a logical order in which I will be sharing my recipes, but I’ll figure that out eventually.

I DO know that I will be posting new content 2 – 3 times every week. So please, please come back to check it out!

This is a new adventure for me that is definitely going to take me out of my comfort zone, but I think I’m ok with that. As long as I have all of you along for the ride!
