Now that it’s getting hotter, it’s getting so clear that summer is on its way! With hot weather, what do we tend to do? We like to find ways to cool ourselves down whether it’s with water, ice cream, or a drink! Lassi’s are a cool, refreshing drink that is perfect during the summertime!

Lassi is a yogurt-based drink that is very popular and so very simple to make! This recipe only has 2 ingredients. That’s right, 2! If you want to count the water and ice, then 4 ingredients! There are so many other variations that you can make lassi, but that’s for another time! This recipe will focus on the salted lassi!

  • 1 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Ice


  • Add yogurt, water, salt, and half of the ice into the blender.
  • Blend until well combined.
  • Pour over remaining ice in a glass and enjoy!
