Filipino scrambled eggs is a classic breakfast dish.

Filipino scrambled eggs is a classic breakfast dish. This is something that my grandma would make almost every morning for breakfast, but I never fully appreciated it. I would see it and think to myself, “Looks good, but naahhh. I’ll pass.” and I would skip breakfast and be on my way with my day.

Filipino Scrambled Eggs

While I was growing up, I was never really a breakfast person. My first meal of the day would always be lunch. However, now that I’m older (and wise), I know better. Filipino scrambled eggs is not only super simple, but it’s only needs 3 INGREDIENTS.

I love this easy Filipino scrambled eggs for its simplicity, simple ingredients, and flavors. In fact, this is now one of my favorite breakfast dishes to make. It’s ready in no time at all and connected with wonderful memories of my grandma making it in the kitchen.

Even if you aren’t a breakfast person, I highly recommend trying Filipino scrambled eggs! It may become your favorite, just like me!

If you try this out, let me know in the comments down below!

Ciao for now.

Tips On Making Filipino Scrambled Eggs

Take your time when whisking your eggs. The yolk and egg whites should be completed mixed together.

I hate cooking on low because I’m SO IMPATIENT. However, this dish does need to be cooked on low heat to ensure the eggs are nice and fluffy.

While the eggs are still a little wet, turn the burner off and move it off the heat. The eggs will continue cooking with the heat from the pan.

Garlic Fried Rice – This is a must have for a Filipino breakfast!

Filipino Spaghetti – This is seriously one of my favorites. The sauce is so nice and sweet and the hot dogs give it such a unique touch.

Filipino Picadillo – One of my favorites to eat with a nice serving of steamed rice.

Chicken Adobo – One of my ultimate comfort foods. Chicken, potatoes, delicious broth? Sign me up!
