Cheeseburger Sliders On Hawaiian Rolls!

Cheeseburger sliders are perfect for a BBQ or any get-together! I know I love it because I can add whatever toppings I want to it. The first slider I build might have tomato, onion, and lettuce. The next slider I build may just have onion and lettuce. The combinations are endless! Everyone can just build their own burger and be happy with what they’ve made!

Another great thing about a slider is that it’s so tiny. If you’re like my husband, it will make you feel like a giant! He loves that. But honestly, if you don’t want to eat cheeseburger sliders, when forming the patties, just make them bigger and you can have a regular-sized cheeseburger.

Cheeseburger Slider

I love my burgers. I’ve looked at recipes online and there are amazing-sounding recipes out there where they totally dress up their burgers. I’m sure they’re delicious, but I decided to stay simple for my cheeseburger sliders. I know what it feels like to still be cooking while time is running out until guests start arriving and there is no food. I wanted to make sure that the cheeseburger sliders were easy to prepare and had simple ingredients that can be found in every household.

Tips For Cooking Cheeseburger Sliders

I make sure that my ground beef defrosts overnight. There’s nothing worse than forgetting to defrost the meat and scrambling to defrost it.

In the video, I show that I cook the sliders on a skillet. If you prefer cooking the cheeseburger sliders on your grill, be my guest! It will still turn out awesome.

The spicy aioli sauce has a little bit of a kick, but not too much. Please feel free to adjust accordingly. :)

I like to toast my buns for the cheeseburger sliders but I also get distracted easily. If you’re toasting your buns, don’t forget to pay attention! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come back to burnt buns.
